Collenette Jones has relocated to new purpose-designed offices in the Rohais
The out-of-town location has been a defining feature of Collenette Jones since its early years. From humble beginnings on Commercial Road in St Sampson, to relocating to the Crossways Centre in January 1987 - initially sharing the building with other businesses - continued growth has seen the firm gradually expand to occupy the entire space.
Director Gareth Nicolle explained the rationale behind the move:
“With many happy memories made at Crossways, it will be sad to leave. However, with a current team of 26 in total, space for additional staff had become increasingly limited to the point where it was beginning to inhibit future growth and opportunities to expand our service offering. This strategic move to Fairbairn House marks the next chapter for the company, enabling Collenette Jones to flourish in a state-of-the-art office environment with modern meeting facilities.”

The new office space has been fitted out by local company Spaces. Managing Director Chris Tardiff said:
“It has been a real pleasure working with Collenette Jones on their office move. We’ve aimed to make the process as smooth and stress‑free as possible, supported by Axis Mason’s design and a brilliant team of local contractors. Making a concept become a finished, inspiring workspace never gets old. Wishing the team many years of enjoyment in their new, inspiring space.”

The new address is Fairbairn House (Level 5), Rohais, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FE. Telephone numbers and email addresses remain unchanged. With dedicated on-site client parking, the new office is easily accessed off Collings Road.
