As our experience and knowledge is broader than just accounts and tax we often provide advice to Directors in respect of structuring the liquidation process (or Voluntary Strike Offs if that is the chosen route), the risks involved and then follow on and complete the liquidation process including making all necessary filings with the Guernsey Registry.
