Nicky is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (Industry and Commerce route) and joined the firm in 2025. She has a wide variety of accounting experience, both financial and commercial and is also a very experienced QuickBooks user, having used it for 25 years, including setting up accounting records for many clients on the programme and training them to use it.

After completing her education at The Ladies College, Guernsey, Nicky worked for eight years in Trust and Company Administration.  She then moved into management accounting in the motor trade for six years, followed by eleven years in accountancy practice, working mainly on small businesses, which enabled her to fit her working hours around her children, during this time she also completed her AAT NVQ in payroll administration.  As her children got older she returned to management accounting in the motor trade for another 7 years until the owner of the business retired in 2018, when she and a couple of other colleagues bought the business and Nicky became the Managing Director.  Nicky continued to own and manage the business until 2024.

Nicky’s interests include crochet and other crafts, reading and pottering in the garden.
